I use motorways & major dual carriageway quite often and have never encountered any problems? Sometimes may have to downshift to 4th to do a quicker overtake, but that's it really? Do a few trips a year down to Plymouth and am happy to cruise at 60mph (most of the way  ) and the car hugs the road nicely.

Making a valid point of why off topicness is not needed on a technical thread, why should someone/ the OP have to trudge through other peoples ramblings to get the information they need.
