I munch through loads of mueseli and sprinkle protein shake powder on it to sweeten in, 4 or 5 pints of protein shake a day.  I got a weakness for junk food so the diet is the hardest part for me.

Alcohol is good for weight gain if yer not too bothered where is stored. Or you could follow Ian's approach to the body beautiful. Just tell the wife your out for a run and sneak off to KFC.

My main weakness is Guinness.  This is unfortunate, as one pint is equivalent to a full-on Orson Welles grade Sunday roast in terms of the effect it has on my waistline.

So is chocolate especially lots of mars bars, kit kats (chunky) and anything else I can gets my hands on, except turkish delight, thats straight from the devil's hoop! Vile

My weightloss regime is eat chocolate, drink alcohol weekend and nothing the rest of the week....I find it keeps the weight off
But not recommended by weight watchers etc! Grin

I am, reluctantly, 107oc's chef in residence Cheesy Its been a thankless task if I am honest but I soldier on....

OK: I recently, in a raid on Tesco's reduced bin managed to get a six-pack of Pitta breads for 7p.

Not being a junk food person I am never sure what to do with them and it always seemed an awful waste of the electricity to pop them under the grill when the same amount of electricity would do a far Superior round of toast.

So here's the trick... If you have some sort of Ceramic stove top just throw said item straight from the freezer onto a ring at number two. keep an eye on it as they burn easily but it will heat through nicely in a couple minutes with some nice burnt spots on the outside. I had a mix of cooked rice/kipper/tomato/onion/celery/whatever which I heated for less than a minute in the microwave and stuffed in the middle.... delightful  Cheesy

I would have bought them too

If you can do this you can make your own chappatis - want to know how?

No to make chippatis.

Get some chippati flower (or strong white) and mix into a soft doughwith a little water and a tiny bit of salt.

Heat a pan or hot plate without any oil.

Roll a piece of dough and flatten into a pancake - pop in pan turn over a when done.

Piece of p**s with a bit of practice. You get the same burned brown circles.

For full asian effect you have to turn the dough over with your fingers without burning tourself

Roll a little
