I know the difference thank you Grin  You can make a pizza out of pitta bread by using it as the base, you spread it with tomato puree then grated cheese and tomato, grill lightly and you have a pizza of sorts.  It was a Weight Watchers recipe, gopping, but there you go Roll Eyes

Us chefs call that milk.

Stir-fried spring greens with mussels/cashew nuts/shake of Soy for lunch today. No one's interested of course but it does wind Ian up apparently Cheesy
