You have met him so I bow to your greater knowledge. Doesn't sound too healthy mind.... perhaps a change of diet would bring the colour back to his cheeks? The ones you have seen of course...

Yeah I may consider a diet. Yesterday someone who I hadn't seen for years commented on my weight, cheeky b*****d  Cheesy

Your so fat, when you fell down the stairs I thought EastEnders was ending.  Wink

I've told you before about repeating jokes less that a thousand posts apart!

A diet of what? May I recommend "The slightly less than lethal chip diet" its fatal to do anything drastic in your fragile condition Cheesy

I'll go on a seafood diet,

I see food and then eat it!

Cheesy Why do I have this feeling you borrowed that off someone?

You are obviously serious about not becoming diabetic until you can afford a mortgage so I will offer the following advice...try not eating for a week. I've done it twice, once for fun. After a couple of days it almost fun as long as your aren't starving in the first place...

If he doesn't have the faulty gene, then he can eat as many bakewell tarts as he likes and won't develop type II.

I'm more careful about what I eat now, cos it sticks to my hips and heart disease isn't genetic.  God gave me these good looks, and Jesus H.Reagan wouldn't be happy if I didn't take care of them!

I have not eaten for a few days on occasion. It can be a great experience!
Don't eat for a couple of days, then go for a walk in the countryside, through some woodland or such like!
Your senses are so much more attuned to your surroundings! Visually things appear sharper, your hearing seems more acute. Thought processes seem accelerated. It is quite astounding! (although make sure you still drink plenty of water!)
I think it could possibly be that the primevil hunter inside gets a bit closer to the surface!

I couldn't do it now though! Too old! I can barely make it to 11am without a sit down, cup of Earl Grey and a chocolate HobNob!
