hello folks!
I have recently bought 107 from ebay for four grand. Its 56 plate, blue and only done 13,000 miles.People at work are poking fun, saying its a crap car but sod them because I think its fantastic and totally love it!
I have done quite a few mods on it just to my taste such as-
British Dynamics Alloys
Sport Headlight protectors
Aluminium gear k**b and trims
Sports grille
Carbon panel
Rev counter
JVC system
I can post some pics if anyone is interested
However can anyone give me advice about whats the best adhesive to stick a spoiler on that I have ready to go and I'm thinking of getting a induction kit but is it really worth it, besides from sounding sweet?
cheers guys!

Get some pictures up      Cheesy

Regarding the Spoiler, I got mine fitted at a bodyshop - But I can't see a problem with using something like Tiger Seal. What spoiler do you have, the 107 or C1 one (from eBay)?

Induction Kit does give a more meaty sound, but highly doubt there would be any BHP increase.

Welcome to the club.

hi welcome to the club .

windscreen bonder is good for spoilers . it will flex with the car so unlike glue it won't go brittle and brake off

its a 107 spoiler that I bought for 40 quid from ebay.I've just sprayed it blue and just need to find a way to stick it on so it doesn't fall off when I'm on the motorway

Greetings and welcome.  Your work colleagues are obviously tools.  If there's a car ou there with a better combination of cost, space, road behaviour, reliability and running costs, then we've yet to hear about it.

Welcome Daftpunk, nice car I have a 56 plate, Antigua Blue Urban as my spare car. Spoiler still on from about 6 months old, held on with windscreen bonder as europug suggested. As a word of advice though, if the area to be bonded is painted, sand it off to the spoiler material to give a better bond, just in case the paint doesn't have a good enough 'key'. The bonder may well stick to the paint but it's the paint sticking to your spoiler that'll be holding it on to the car at speed.  Shocked  Wink Grin

Some times having a sporty sound coming into the car can make it feel quicker. And if it puts a smile on your face it`s worth it.

When mine was fitted, they also taped it to the rear glass & roof to keep it tightly pushed down. They also recommended not driving it for 24hours to allow it to set more securely.
