Hi all, sorry if this as been posted before but i purchased some 107 door sills from www.allenparts.com/peugeot
However i paid them via paypal and got conformation i paid them from paypal but nothing back from the parts website, i've emailed them phoned them but no joy! Just wondering if anyone else had probs with them. Thanks all!

I have sent this to them via email, my second to compalin.

"Still nothin, 8 days after you were supposed to send them out, i have read about other people waiting over a month to receive orders from you, i wish i had seen this first, refund my money and i will let it drop as i dont beleive you have even sent it."

update on my allenparts order, recieved my item this morning, after nearly 3 weeks! Was all bent and ripped when i got it, lucky it was ok. Just as well coz paypal deadline was tomorrow and they were gonna take action after i filed a complaint! I wont be using that website again, i suggest anyone wanting to buy anything from allenparts take caution. No replies to email, phone or via their website.  :/

Still waiting on my order after a month the company claimed to have sent it out on the 19th of last month, they gave me no tracking number or nothin and nothin received which states to me they were lying they had sent it out, i have filed to receive my money back through paypal, currently waiting a response from them now.

An update for you on Allenparts, after 4 weeks of waiting and being lied to by them that item was sent out, i made a reverse refund of my money via paypal, paypal gave them some time to respond to the claim and they refused to reply back so today the deadline paypal made a decision to refund my £20.89 for the sill protectors.

Stay well clear of these people they caused me nowt but stress.
