Summertime on the 107oc
Well summer is nearly upon us and it’s a great time to be out enjoying our city bugs.
And that is exactly what we are doing!
On the 9th – 11th July we will be having our National Meet in Stafford. We currently have approx 20+ people on the attendance list and have a range on 107s, Aygo and C1s attending. We also have campers and day trippers and an exciting agenda to keep everyone occupied including a trip to RAF Cosford where it’s planned for is to have a stand. If you haven’t got your name down then get on to the meets section of the forum. Also for those who have put names down we now need confirmation and deposits if camping by the end of May.
107oc Changes
We have also had a few subtle changes recently to help develop the site. We have reviewed the current board and sections and introduced some new boards including members cars. We also have a new banner designed by MiKlad who has also designed flyers and business cards to match.
With the new ‘Members Cars’ sub forum we now introduced ‘Car of the Month’, whereby members are nominated by other members as having the car of the month whether it be for modifications, or an event or whatever members chose. Why not pop and visit and see April and May winners ‘Spank My Car’ and ‘CharlieG’ and start your own member’s car thread?
We have also introduced Picture of the Month (POTM) where each month there will be a theme chosen by the previous month’s winner. The winner of each month will then have pride and place in our calendar. So if you are proud of your car our or clever with a camera then get snapping.
Also as always we have interesting topics relating to our cars, including following Migs completion as he finished his engine transplant and plenty of off topic chat to keep people entertained as well.
So why not pop in for a virtual hello
