Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone has used this website before to order accessories:

http://www.allenparts.com/peugeot/

I ordered some floor mats a month ago and I have not heard anything about the order except for the initial "we are processing your order" email. Payment has been taken via paypal. I have tried contacting them by phone and email (three times). Their automated phone service says they prefer emails but you can leave a message - I did and guess what - no call back or email or anything.

I going to try and find another number for their offices.

Have I been scammed??  Huh :/

Hmm sounds a little fishy but it looks pretty legit

It says this at the bottom of the homepage:
Copyright 2009 Allen Ford (UK) Ltd. Company No: 4782818 VAT No: 684022542

You could probably research the company and contact them any other way you may find

Also says powered by actinic which is a e-commerce service company so you could go through them if you find their website.

Hope you get your money back or mats!

Name & Registered Office:
ALLEN FORD (UK) LIMITED
381 HARLESTONE ROAD
NORTHAMPTON
NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
NN5 6PD
Company No. 04782818

Going since 2003 so it looks legit, i would suspect its a computer error or the posties nicked it. I would try and contact them if they don't reply try to get your money back. I don't know how paypal work but as europug said i would use them to first try get the money back. If not the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 states that if they don't deliver within 30 days of the order you can get all your money back.

Thanks for the responses guys. I hope it just that they're busy and not a scam.

I will try and ring them and let you know how I get on. I'll also look into the paypal thing too.

cheers

I have used

https://www.allenparts.com/citroen/acatalog/Citroen_C1_Accessories.html

which is very similar, bought my sill protectors from there. Got confirmation email, and only took a few days for the items to arrive. The website of yours seems legit, they may be having technical difficulties or something. I'd give it another day or two and then try contact them again.

If I was being very cynical I would suggest that you were promoting  rival site on that link You posted there. In future I would advise you speak to the site admins before posting links to other sites. It would be polite.

Its not a 'rival' site, its just my thread with information on which will help another member on here, I have posted links from the site before with no problems and other sites.

I know Harlestone Road well.  The postie probably gets robbed the moment he drives out with your goodies.
