Dear All,

I am now selling the chrome and leather gear gaiter from the C1 Code (which also fits the 107).  The condition is excellent, but the leather just needs a bit of a clean and sticking back onto the chrome part - should be a straightforward job.

To install it, you'll have to stick it onto where the existing gear gaiter is.

If anyone is interested, please let me know asap.  If there's no interest from the 107oc, I'll probably just stick it on eBay in a few days or so, someone will want it - either to complete their chrome trim kit, or just to add some extra shine/style to their interior!

CGregory, thanks for the interest.  Pretty much what you see on that picture is what mine is like, except for the gear k**b and the small metal looking bit directly underneath the gear k**b (which I think is optional).  It's just the leather gaiter and the chrome surround that you can see on that pic that I have for sale.

As I said, it's not in "brand new" condition, but the bits are very good.  The chrome bit looks virtually perfect and the leather gaiter is excellent, just a bit dirty, could do with a wipe and maybe a bit of leather cleaner to make it look new again.  As I said before, the only thing that you'd need to do would be to stick/glue the leather gaiter to the chrome surround, as it's unstuck itself (probably when it was taken off the C1!).  I think just some superglue or strong double sided tape would do it.

For those reasons, I wouldn't be expecting much for it.  Probably about a tenner, o.n.o?  (That would cover the postage and packaging as well).  What do you think?

Apologies, but the gear gaiter has now been sold, another buyer has offered me what I was asking for it so I've had to accept as they were the first to confirm.

Of course, if they change their mind or it doesn't work out, I will of course let you know straight away.
