Hi,

I eyeballed a smart C1 code the other day, the interior looked very smart with all the chrome bits (Air vent surrounds, speedo and rev counter bezel etc. Has anyone fitted these items to their 107?

iirc Slag had done his vents and surrounds in a chrome/red finish, but that was way before these new models came out..

Sorry, just to answer your question, I don't think anyone has put the chrome bits on yet...  Perhaps you could be the first? Smiley

Hey everyone,

I won an auction on eBay for the full chrome kit for the C1 Code, which will obviously fit the 107 too!  Fortunately (possibly for someone in here!), I don't have a rev counter, so if anyone wants to make an offer on that part only then that's fine with me.  I'll work out postage when I have it.  I assume it's in excellent nick as it's off a written off C1 with only 6,500k on the clock.

Please let me know if you're interested anyway.  Only just won the auction so don't have the items yet (!) but will probably be a couple of days before I get them.

Cheers,

Phil

Hey, got it for £78.22 in the end!  I really like the chrome style though.  Sorry Colin, I'd rather it was a non-107 owner that I'd outbid, not a fellow member!  No hard feelings I hope.  I'm going to sell the Rev Counter Surround though (and possibly the big door panel bits, gear gaiter and dashboard compartment trim).  The only bits I knew I definitely wanted was the elec window surrounds and the air vents and (I think) the main dash dial!  Really though, I'll have to see what combination looks best when I get them.

I noticed some people on the C1 owners club were talking about the auction as well!  Quite funny to read their posts!

Again, in the meantime I'm definitely happy to sell the rev counter surround at least, if you're interested in it?

Cheers,

Phil

Hi Barzo,

I'm happy to sell it to anyone that wants it!  I was going to post a message on the C1oc boards anyway to see if any C1 owners were interested, as I saw someone there was after it too!  Smiley  Would you like to make me an offer on it?  I'm assuming it will be excellent condition as I don't actually have it yet!  Only just won the auction, so don't have any of the items yet!

I REALLY hope I never buy a rev counter kit in the future now, as that'll be the only bit I'll be missing and I'd be gutted!!!  Roll Eyes

Hope to hear from you soon, cheers,

Phil
