Well got new brakes pads/disc wooohooo kwik fit man did for 150 quid in the end  Grin Just clutch left now  Cheesy
So does this mean you've got free brakes for life now with their deal? Well for as long as you own the car, most change often so not many would use it. I don't think I'll keep this one for 14.5 years like my foostie. Tongue

Breaks for life? Didnt get that, he text me to say that they had 12,000 miles or 1 year which which was ever the greater good, which I though was odd as its usually whatever comes first I thought

Wots a foostie?
My foostie.... Fiesta Grin  I've had 3 of them Mk1 1.1 Ghia (1yr), Mk2 1.1 Dash (2yrs) and Mk2 1.4 Sport (14.5 yrs) The 1st one was 5 when I got it, the other 2 new, I couldn't afford an XR2 when I got the Dash, the Sport came out 3 months later and I wanted it, but never thought I'd afford it either. Poor garage worker ya see Sad .

Minor update:

Had 3rd Service today, was rather impressed was not feeling good this morning, so phoned to see if I could rearrange and they instantly offered to come and collect the car, which I thought was very helpful, (although Mr T people have now seen me in my PJs  Roll Eyes ) anyway 3rd service including a new windscreen wiper at 15quid (sorry pound sign broken) came to 150quid

They sorted the seat covers under warranty today and its booked in again next week for them to replace clutch under warrenty, plus thy reported today that one of my headlights had water ingress so fixing that too. I have mentioned the glove box like a zillion times and they have said a zillion times "we are waiting on a new part". I imagine by the time new part has been invented I will have ripped the f***ing thing off in a tempet tantrum.  Angry

Might actually be able to start working on the dints now, although am half tempted not to bother, I asked Mr T for a balance on my HP and he said that depending on the balance it is possible for me literally just to give the car back, which would be an easier option than trying to sell it, just a case of waiting now to find out whether I got into Uni or not.
