If you're paying by Paypal you're covered as a non receipt generates an automatic refund, albeit after several weeks of investigations.  Despite what sellers advertise about "if it doesn't arrive it's the buyers responnsibility to chase the insurance" etc, the Sale of Goods Act says differently - the sellers responsibility to you does not end simply because they have (or claimed to have) handed an item to the Post Office.  If receipte can cont be proven, PayPal will come good for you.
