1991 Yamaha FZR600.  MOT just up, taxed til April 2009.

48k miles.  Excellent runner, no leaks or rattles.  Starts on the button, and stops and goes as it should.  New stainless can (BS marked & legal).  New seats. New Tyres, super sticky BT014s.  Whichever way you cut it, it's still a 12 second 150mph machine, which'll do 60mpg if ridden with restraint.

I know of no reason why it shouldn't pass an MOT, but with 2 bikes and 2 cars I just don't have the time or inclination.  The front brakes are worn, but i've a set of replacement discs i'd throw in.

£450, or make me an offer.

Looks £450s worth to me. Set of high bars and itd be a hoot. What front light has It got?

It's got 2 x mini 4"front lights.

Guy came to look at it yesterday, but he had one more to look at today, so he's gonna call me this afternoon, so it may or may not be sold.

Prob about £1500so far.  Gonna cut the seats and fit some Cobra harness inserts in the ehadrests, then fit 3 point Schroth harnesses.

Yuo can buy aftermarket Recaros and the like with airbags, but they're big money and i'm suspicious asto how effective they'll be in a cabin they weren't designedfor.
