Anyone whose fitted aftermarket alloys had any bad vibration problems at 70 ish and above even though the wheels have been balanced?

The answer is make sure you have the correct size spigot rings fitted to your new wheels. Dont just try and fit the wheels hoping that when you tighten the studs they will centralise on the hubs, it doesnt work!

Les,
I had some difficulty in finding a local stockist of spigot rings ans wheel nuts.
For anybody who wants to know, the spigot ring is 54.1 mm. This is a TOYOTA standard hub size!!! The bolts are also TOYOTA. The PCD is 4x100. If you buy "multifit wheels" dont say its a Peugeot fitment as nothing will fit!! Tell them its for a Toyota AYGO. I went to a Halfords Superstore and they sell spigot rings and wheel nuts as a pack for £20. They are not on the shelf, you have to ask!!.
I had been looking for a set of cheap wheels for a while, and am convinced that a set from a YARIS would probably fit, but I am unsure of the offset, and dont know anybody with one to try!
