Has anyone got a spare set of standard steel wheels which they'd like to sell or even give away to a worthy cause?
I can collect if you live within 20/30 miles of Portsmouth.
Go on, you know they're just clogging up your garage and getting in the way! I'm doing you a favour really by taking them off your hands! In fact, you really should be paying me!

I got a spare set with tyres less than 1000 miles old, but you got a bit of a drive on your hands if you want them (about 2 hours each way in good traffic).

£110 the lot if you want them.  Thats £220 worth of tyres alone.

2 hours in which direction? I'm often up in midlands near Evesham collecting my daughter.

Yes, Gayhurst is 2 villages along, 3 or 4 miles away.  It was the home of Sir Francis Drake, dontcher know.  Shame the roadsigns keep geting vandalised so the village is now known simply as GAY.

The wheels include my experimental attempt at painting, but that's not an issue if you have in mind what I think you do?

Near me is a country lane call Gay Lane. There's a nursey on it (Plant not child) and I passed the end of Gay Lane a while back and there was a sign pointing down the lane which read "Winter Pansies. Available Now"  Grin

Thats nice.  I'm not fussed if they don't sell, co the tyres will get used on the XS over time.  OE tyres are £55 each round here, so if they sell i'm quids in, and if they don't i'm quids in.

Sorted either way.
