Unless you go to law over something T&C is simply ignored. In fact if an ordinary chap was taken to court by a company on the basis of their Terms & Conditions I think the chap would win. Even a judge would wilt at how many hours it would take for a chap without a law degree to read and understand before ticking the 'I Agree' box. It is an unreasonable imposition on fair trade between willing parties.

Au contrare, Dogs.  I know full well from my time in the motor trade, where no poor punter was going to read reams of tiny print T & Cs before signing up to a warranty, that the courts generally take the opposite view - if you can't be arrissed to read it, you shouldn't have signed it to say you'd done exactly that.

Why not write it in Mandarin then just to add to the nonsense. I don't know if that it has been tested but I always understood there was an element of commonsense  in law to stop such abuse. Following your logic mayhap all guarentees  for your new toaster should be written in latin or ancient greek?

Problem is, Dogs, slap your name on the line and it's as good as a suicide pact, unless you can prove you were misled or the service misrepresented.

Only people that profit from that are no good scumbag lawyers.
