We shall see, old chum.  I got it all budgeted out. I need March and Aprils pay day, so I can pay in cash.  i'm having the progressive controller to safeguard the engine, and that's another £300, so i'm looking at £800 - a lot of folding, and even on my Mods salary, that's a lot to spunk out.

Hope to have it all installed and running by t'end of April.  I'm not like Jordan, who says he's gonna have a jet assisted take off pack fitted, but then drops it back to a pair of new speakers!

£800 isn't too bad. wouldn't buy a decent full system for your bike.

Absolutelty - it's simplified by being only sigle port on the car, so a helluva lot less solenoids, plumbing and wiring required.

Songle port and three inlets? Wonder what they do about the fuel distribution to avoid the centre port getting more than its fair share? Does anyone have any line or engineers drawings of the engine. Would be interesting, especially to see the variable valve timing. I heard the engine had a cam chain, rather than a belt too.

Could the fact that the 107 is built in the same Toyota factory as the C1 and Aygo have anything to do with them not releasing a warmed up version? Maybe they have less control than they like and it wouldn't be cost effective to modify the 107's post production?

Dunno, just speculating.

Ithas 3 inlets, but only one point of entry due to running a single TB.  The Kwaka has 4 TBs, which makes life so much simpler.  I could have the manifold off and potentially machine some access for the jets, but it's a plastic manifold and I don't know how well it'd take it, it'll make the kit cost £300 or £400 more for the extra solenoids, jests, piping, loom, relays etc, and will probably deliver only a negligible improvement over a single point of introduction for the gas and additional fuel.  In any case, by the time it's blown in trough the edge of the airbox, and through the TB, it'll have encountered some pretty major turbulence and should be fairly evenly disributed before it goes off through the manifold.  It's a financial and hassle line i'm not prepared to cross, otherwise i'd be erring towards the blower again.

Yeah, engine is chain driven cam, wjich is nice.

Theyr'e made at the TCPA-Czech plant (Toyota-Citroen-Peugeot Automotive) plant.  It is a partnership operation, so strictly speaking none of the cars can be said to be made by Toyota, Citroen or Peugeout.  The staff there all work for TCPA. In reality, general control is from PSA in Marseilles, but on paper at least TCPA is a seperate business from the 2 parent car firms that fund it.

What you being a d*ck for if you read the thread all i said was i was getting a supercharger fitted which i am !! i neva said i was getting them all done this week thats just what you asumed so i explaind that i was getting the sound system done first. the only thing i might not be doing that i first mentiond was getting a body kit fitted  Angry

I have the money here for the supercharger so will be getting it done as soon as TTS can fit it.

I dont see the point in coming on here to try and take the p**s out of people i thought the point in this forum was to talk about our cars not to be a qed and try and be funny making honest people look like liars Undecided

I dont see any reason why you wouldnt belive me i'v always been genuine in my posts on this forum havent I Huh

Language young man! Totally unnecessary.  A damn good haircut and National Service would knock that right on the head  Angry

Your initial post on the subject was rather ambiguous about the events planned for the 25th of Feb, and it's only about 3 pages in where you clairfy that the project simply starts that day.  I simply state that there is no ambiguity with me - by the end of April I will have one or the other performance enhancing mod.  There is no pith taking, simply a message to the member enquiring that there is nothing lost in the translation with my own project.  Read it, and think about it.

Now, calm yourself and look forward to celebrating my birthday with some corking pics of your new leather install stuff.

HI Moo,
Its the project car that Sbarro did. I believe it was done by a bunch of students. Its nearly 2 years old. It will never be made....sadly as I rather like it. The doors are silly, but the rest of it is cool.
