New forum 'Spotted!' Rules.

Ahoy! We have a new forum, bit of fun really.

If you see a Peugeot 107, take a pic, or detail it here.

- Post the picture or description of the 107 (no number plates please)
- Post where you saw it
- Post a description of the driver (optional).
- Place a calling card on the window (optional)

If a user then joins and can prove it was them (with a matching pic) we'll award a prize!!
